It was a well priced and good standard hotel in a nice quiet area, short walk to Akihabara and beyond, and a shopping mall. Had essentials needed in the double room, including a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Very good service was provided. The location was amazing - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, it was 2 km from a large park...

It has favourable and decent location and private parking if needed. Koto Ward district deserves to be explored.

Extremely comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven in the room. Great facilities there. The location excellent and perfectly comfortable far away from the center of the Tokyo.

Everything was simply really good. Appreciated my fine stay for Great Value. I ate at a small restaurant for breakfast. Superfriendly staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The location was unbeatable as a tower and a main street were near the hotel;))

Some rooms were small and lacked space for luggage. Cleanliness could be improved, with signs of wear and tear in the rooms.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a quiet neighborhood is perfect, with a JR station just a couple of minutes walk away. Additionally, the hotel is situated in front of a nice garden, providing a pleasant atmosphere.

An amazing value for price. Close to the train station, a supermarket and Lawson's. While "room service" was an additional cost but because of the length of my stay I'm glad it was, no need for someone to clean the room everyday. Plenty of hot water, even for those who like their water very hot, (watch out, it's practically steam leaving the faucet). Before I checked in the hotel staff had activated the rooms fans allowing any "smoke" smell to dissipate.

Small, even for Japan, but for the price it's expected, cleaning was extra but due to the length of my stay it's a positive. Compared to the U.S. the laundromat was expensive, with your own detergent expect to pay about Y500 per load (200 for wash, 100/15min in dryer) very good value, if I return to the area I will look here first for a room and recommend.
